Heliopark to Manage in Europe
Heliopark Group has announced it became Russia’s first hotel business operator that entered Europe’s market exactly as an asset management company.
To pioneer in Europe in hotel managing capacity, Heliopark Group sealed a ten-year contract with Britain’s Prostar Property Investment for managing the four-star Heliopark Quellenhof in German Baden-Baden. The hotel will have 62 rooms after rebuilding.
Heliopark acquired Bad Hotel Zum Hirsñh in Baden-Baden for ˆ10 million in September 2006.
