Interior Officers Entrap Faked Card Holders
Moscow department of inherent security spent past week withdrawing false and expired cards of police officers and their assistants at the roads. The number of faked documents exceeded a hundred, including the cards never used by police.
To spot the faked cards, officials of Moscow department of inherent security set pickets at the most popular roads of Moscow. The pickets at Kutozovsky avenue and Mozhaiskoe highway proved the absolute leaders in number of drivers counting on such authorization to infringe the traffic rules at rush hours.

According to the officials, the cards are usually bought to deal with the road police. The price varies from $500 to thousands of dollars depending on the rank of the officer and name of the department, not all of them existing in real life by the way. A faked card is executed at true document sheet with all required holograms, stamps and signatures safely provided. The only difference is the absence of registration with the interior department, which could be easily spotted by using the GPRS device.
