Trial Must Go
The 9th Arbitration Court of Appeal overruled yesterday, June 23, the appeal brought in by Kommersant against the award of the Moscow Arbitration.
Kommersant went to the law to challenge legality of the notice of warning issued by Rosokhrankultura against Kommersant re: publication of the interview with Aslan Maskhadov, the late leader of Chechen militants.
Kommersant will appeal the awards of the Courts of the 1st and the 2nd Instances in the Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow District in dates stipulated by the laws of Russia, said Georgy Ivanov, head of the legal service at Kommersant.
