International Terrorism As a Leverage Against the Freedom
It is normal, when Russian authorities can’t get something right in the Western direction, the old Evgeny Primakov’s dream about axis Moscow-Beijing – New Delhi is becoming reality.
Are we Eurasian country or what? –politicians suddenly remember, emphasizing the word “Asian”. Only Asian person can understand another Asian person. Only with each other –Asian to Asian- we can together with Karimov share the pain about innocent victims in Andijan. Where else can we read the list of international terrorists which are to blame for Andijan slaughter? Of course, it is possible only in the meeting of three foreign ministers. The international Islamic terrorism spreads across the Asia. You know even without me what all these extremists, separatists and other human garbage are planning to do. We can stop that only by joining our efforts.
Also, we can stop Bush with his manic desire to spread democracy anywhere he can and cannot. We can stop him not directly, of course, but rather in context of the speeches.
The democracy a-la-Karimov is suitable for Moscow. It doesn’t need other variety. Moscow doesn’t want foreign observers to observe this well-built democracy. They already seen a little bit too much in the midst of the tragic events. However, because West doesn’t recognize Karimov’s democracy model, he doesn’t have to recognize Western concerns either. Why bother? And if West doesn’t like the Karimov’s version of society, than there is nothing for the West to see there either. Please, clear the doorway! You are not welcome in Uzbekistan. As long as West will be playing a guessing game what is really happening in this Central Asian country, Moscow will have all the trump cards to persuade Asian and other regions that all the troubles in Andijan were caused by separatists and terrorists. Do you have doubts? Well, try to check if you can…
Have you noticed that we made a custom to support the wrong side – just like in the match Yanukovich vs. Yushenko. If this tactical approach could be limited only to Ukraine, than, it might be just honest mistake. Things happen, as you know. But with the stubbornness of people, who have nothing to lose, we still place the wrong bets in all post-soviet space. More over, we are trying to create a political strategy out of that. And we find allies on this way just like we found them in the forum of three foreign ministers in Vladivostok. The desire to prevent all unwanted by us social development unite Russia with China and India. The words “international terrorism” turned into the universal leverage for internal and external policies. Today, Russian authorities, including Lavrov, use the Andijan example to discredit any resistance to existing oppressive regimes. And the worst part is that the politicians justify use of force and death of people.
