Kommersant Copywriter Hits the Target in One Go
On February 22, Moscow hosted the Golden Slogan Final. Golden Slogan is the first all-Russia’s contest arranged by Glagol group, Mail.ru Internet-Holding, Finmarket news agency and others. The prize was a witch ball with the dart-hit target. The winners were picked out in several nominations, including: The Best Political Slogan, The Best Marketable Slogan, The Best Media Slogan.
Konstantin Chernov (see the photo), Kommersant copywriter, won the last nomination with the slogan “For a Real Businessman, 15 Years Are No Term,” and was also awarded the Grand Prix. “We might have an extremely long slogan, so I’ll just say “Thank you,” Chernov said after receiving the award. Then he added that he was “very grateful to the companies that had filled the slogan with content.” Among other winners were Surgut wooden floor maker Stamp Friendly with the slogan similar to the company's name; Tinkoff private brewery with the “Like That, He Is Alone”; and Forex Club exchange trade academy, which attracts clients by saying “We Are Making People, Who Are Making Money.”
