Kiev Threatens Russia’s Fleet with International Actions
The decision of Ukrainian courts on returning to Ukraine navigation and hydrographic facilities currently used by Russia’s Black Sea Fleet should be executed, ProUA reported with reference to the statement of Ukrainian Foreign Ministry. Otherwise, Kiev threatens to take actions set forth in the international laws.
Ukrainian Foreign Ministry stepped in with its comments following the denial of Black Sea Fleet’s military to admit Ukrainian bailiffs to the Mars-75 radio navigation station in Genichesk, the Kherson region.

In line with the award of the Kherson Region’s Court, the bailiffs arrived to seize the facilities and take them out of Russia’s fleet’s control. “The award has nothing to do with basic agreements on the Black Sea’s Fleet,” RF Navy Fleet’s commander’s aide Igor Dygalo rebuffed.

Pursuant to the intergovernmental agreements of Russia and Ukraine, the Black Sea Fleet will remain in Ukraine till 2017.
