Israel to Repeat Destiny of Soviet Union, Ahmadinejad Said
The days of Israel are numbered, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad vowed Tuesday during the Holocaust conference in Tehran.
"Just as the Soviet Union was wiped out and today does not exist, so will the Zionist regime soon be wiped out," Ahmadinejad said, drawing storm applause of delegates, according to BBC News.

The purpose of the Tehran conference of Holocaust deniers was to question the Holocaust, to be more precise to explode the myth of Holocaust. Quite a number of states and international organizations of right advocates condemned the meeting already. Holocaust denial in public is a crime in many countries worldwide.

No matter whether Holocaust had existed or not, Ahmadinejad said, it was used as an excuse for aggression, which is a constant threat for the Middle East.

In the end, Ahmadinejad called on the world community to conduct thorough historical probe into Holocaust to stop all disputes and to end the crimes of Israel, as he put it.
