Khodorkovsky and Lebedev’s Cases United
June 8, Meschansky Court of Moscow has taken a decision to unite the criminal cases of YUKOS ex-head and head of MFO Menatep under the same procedure.
The legal investigation per se will start June 16, Gazeta.ru reports. The case will be considered by a panel of 3 judges.
“This decision is just and rational, - Khodorkovsky’s lawyer Genrikh Padva told the journalists - they’ve been charged of the same crimes and united procedure will simplify many obstacles.
