Legislator Suggests Setting Off Madonna On a Space Journey
Madonna would like to have a space travel to the International Space Station (ISS), she said in Moscow as quoted by State Duma’s deputy Alexey Mitrofanov (Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, LDPR).
On Wednesday, Mitrofanov reminded the State Duma about Madonna’s concert that happened in Moscow a day before and briefed deputies about the space wish of this controversial star. The deputy suggested finding out in Russia’s Space Agency whether the space journey of Madonna to ISS could be arranged in 2008.
In view of the TV resources, this event would be grand, Mitrofanov said, emphasizing the timing – the year of the presidential elections in the United States and Russia.
