Khodorkovsky Has No Complaints
May 28, Mikhail Khodorkovsky is ready for 10 years of imprisonment, his mother Marina Khodorkovskaya told the journalists.
Answering the journalists’ questions, whether Khodorkovsky knows he can be sentenced to 10 years, she said: “Yes, he knows, and he’s ready for that.” Marina Khodorkovskaya said also that her son did not believe in the positive outcome of the trial. “Moreover, he doesn’t feel sorry he didn’t leave the country, he knew just fine what he was doing when he refused to leave Russia,” – she noted.
Khodorkovsky is feeling well and has no complaints about custody conditions, his mother said. Mikhail Khodorkovsky is charged of violating 7 clauses of RF Criminal Code, including serious fraud and tax evasion.
