Sheremetyevo-2 to Have a Business Center Nearby
Moscow government’s press service announced construction of a multi-function hotel and business complex near the Moscow Sheremetyevo-2 airport, Molzhaninovo district.
The complex will be built at the free-from-premises space of 7.58 hectares. Overall, its area will exceed 60ths sq.m., including 49,250 sq.m. above the ground and 10,870 sq.m. under it.
The complex will include a conference and exhibition center, 5-8-floor hotel, 5-9-floor office premises, underground parking court for 149 cars and a parking for 407 cars.
The driveway will be arranged from Mezhdunarodnoe highway which leads to Sheremetyevo-2 airport.
