Gerashchenko to Enter Yukos Board of Directors
April 27, The Central Bank ex-head, now State Duma deputy Viktor Gerashchenko has accepted the proposal of Yukos' shareholders to enter the company’s board of directors.
According to the information of Gazeta.ru, if his candidature is approved at a voting, he will retire as a deputy. The voting for the new composition of Yukos board of directors is planned for June 24, 2004.
