Platon Lebedev to Remain in Custody
April 15, Meshchansky Court of Moscow has heard the case of MFO Menatep Head. The jury refused to free Platon Lebedev, RBC agency reports.
Let us remind you that in the course of preliminary hearings, Lebedev’s lawyers petitioned for his release. According to Platon Lebedev’s lawyer Elena Liptser she had claimed for immediate release in connection to expiry of custody term set by Basmanny Court of Moscow to March 30.
