Qatar May Take Pity on Russians
April 9, Russians accused of Zelimkhan Yandarbiev’s murder may be granted life, Qatari Minister of Foreign Affairs does not rule out this possibility.
“I don’t know whether the Russians will be judged by the new law, which envisages death penalty for terrorism, or whether they will be taken pity on.
