Railways Mined in Moscow Region
April 1, A blasting assembly has been found at the railways near the Monino station in Moscow region . It was placed under a rail. The explosive was found by local residents. Law enforcement agencies have not yet commented this information.
According to preliminary information, the explosive, an army shell with a charged detonator, was put under the rails 350meters off from the station, Gazeta.ru reports. All traffic at this section of Moscow Railway has been stopped, the section has been cordoned off. Sappers have been called to the site.
