Nornickel Buys Africa’s Gold
March 29, Norilsk Nickel’s (Nornickel) subsidiary company has bought 20% of shares of South African gold-mining company Gold Fields Ltd.
Norimet Ltd, Nornickel’s subsidiary company purchased Gold Fields Ltd shares from Anglo American plc. The amount of transaction is 1.16 billion.
