No Fault Found with Transvaal Constructors
March 18, Conference devoted to the tragedy in Transvaal has been held by Aleksander Kosovan, First Deputy Head of Town-Planning and Reconstruction Department of Moscow, who is also head of technical commission created to define the reasons of the water park tragedy.
At the conference he said there were no claims to Yasenevo water park constructors. He also said that initially the commission was considering three possible reasons for Transvaal’s dome crash: external action, defective work of the constructors, calculation mistakes. But as Mr. Kosovan stressed “the quality of construction is at the highest level, concrete and metal strength are even higher than the project required.
