Two People Detained in Arkhangelsk
March 17, Militia in Arkhangelsk has arrested two men without permanent domicile suspected of complicity in the explosion. There is a version that the men stole the valves from the domestic gas piping to sell them as scrape metal. This resulted in a major leakage of gas and caused the explosion.
By the latest information of the Ministry of Emergencies the explosion killed 50 people, 12 people have been delieverd to hospital.
