Fradkov Appoints Deputy Ministers
March 15, journalists have been told that Prime Minister Fradkov signed a resolution allowing labor and social development minister to have two extra deputies.
The two extra deputies are Galina Karelova and ex-vice-president of the Russian Union of Entrepreneurs Evgeny Gontmakher.
Journalists also learnt that head of the Government appointed Vladimir Starodubov First Deputy Minister of Health.
These posts shall only exist until the process of unification of heath and labor ministries is completed.
Leonid Nadirov has been appointed Ministry of Culture and Information’s first deputy head. Besides, Nadirov will act as minister before Aleksander Sokolov returns to Russia.
