Ministers to Appoint their Own Deputies
March 10, new heads of ministries in RF Government may possibly get independence in appointing new deputies as well as federal services and federal agencies subordinate to them.
This is supposed to attach more personal responsibility to the ministers for their departments, RIA Novosti reports.
Earlier deputy-ministers had been appointed, for instance, by Chairman of the Government.
