Russia’s UN Representative may be Appointed Head of MID
March 9, Gazeta.ru has reported with reference to its sources in the government that Sergei Lavrov may be appointed head of the RF Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MID).
At present Mr. Lavrov represents Russia in the UN. Let us remind you that on March 5, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing Mikhail Fradkov new Prime Minister and the latter is to introduce the new members to the Government in near future.
