Crisis Not to Hinder Preparation for UEFA EURO 2012
The financial crisis won't hinder productive preparation of facilities for EURO 2012, Ukrainian Deputy Economic Minister Yuri Vitrenko vowed in Kiev.
According to Vitrenko, the government's target program for Euro 2012 is being implemented in line with the schedule. Although no exact statistics have been released for this year, the funds that were to be spent from the 2008 state budget for the purpose (4.760 billion hryvnia) had been appropriated.

The investors have completely implemented their obligations in part of preparing the stadiums for EURO 2012 soccer championships.

The EURO 2012 soccer championships will be held in Poland and Ukraine. In Ukraine, the host cities are Kiev, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk and Lviv, while the Poland's cities are Warsaw, Gdansk, Wroslaw and Poznan.
