Putin Calls for Financial Architecture Revision
Russia calls for modifying the global financial architecture to solve current problems, ITAR-TASS reported with reference to the RF Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
Russia’s proposal is to mondify global financial architecture for solving current problems. RF Prime Minister Vladimir Putin made the respective statement Thursday at the summit of prime ministers of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Kazakhstan's Astana.

“For solving current problems, Russia offers its participation in modifying the financial architecture [to make it] able to secure stability and prosperity worldwide, to ensure the progress,” the prime minister said.

“Today’s disorder in global economy and on global financial markets points to tectonic shifts in the structure of international relations. The lameness of monopolism in global finances and in policy of economic egoism has clearly revealed itself,” the prime minister emphasized.
