David Haye In Talks with Klitschko
Britain’s heavyweight David Haye has set to negotiations with Klitschko brothers about holding a fight in summer of 2009, Boxingscene reported. Haye is eager to confront one of Ukrainian heavyweights.
Wladimir Klitschko is currently the IBF/WBO heavyweight champion, while Vitali Klitschko holds the WBC title.

According to Haye, he will have a solid chance to confront one of the Ukrainian boxers should he prevails in the bout vs Monte Barrett November 15 in London. That fight will be the heavyweight debut of Haye, who became the absolute champ in the category of up to 90.9kg in March of 2008 and announced the heavyweight transition after it.

He is ready to fight any of Klitschkos, the Brit said in August of 2008, calling both of them vulnerable.

Vitali Klitschko returned to arena October 11 after the break of four years to defeat Nigerian Samuel Peter in the match for the WBC title. He will next oppose either Russia’s Nikolay Valuev or Britain’s Lennox Lewis, Vitali said after the fight.

Vladimir Klitschko was to defend the title vs the IBF mandatory Russia’s Alexander Povetkin December 13 but that match was canceled because of the injury of the latter.
