TNK-BP to Supply Verkhnechonsk Oil to ESPO Pipeline
TNK-BP intends to launch oil supplies from Verkhnechonsk oil field, the Irkutsk region, to East Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline in October, Interfax reported with reference to Viktor Vekselberg, co-owner of TNK-BP and CEO of Renova Group.
“We will complete in October the first stage related to implementation of Verkhnechonsk project in the Irkutsk region and intend to connect to the first stage of constructed East Siberian pipe, supplying the oil to it together with our partners,” Vekselberg said in the Kremlin Friday, during the meeting with Russia’s President Dmitry Medvedev.

The corporate conflict at TNK-BP hasn’t affected the company’s activities. “The company works successfully as a whole. All plans that have been drawn up are being executed,” Vekselberg specified.
