Russia Calls on N. Korea to Complete Disablement of Nuclear Facilities
Moscow has urged Pyongyang to complete disablement of nuclear facilities in Yongbyon by late October, Interfax reported.
Moscow regrets that North Korea has decided to halt disablement of nuclear facilities. The RF Foreign Ministry made a statement Wednesday, saying that the decision of North Korea to suspend disablement of its nuclear facilities in Yongbyon and consider restoring them to the original state has evoked disappointment and concern in Moscow.

Russia’s diplomats called on North Korea to manifest true adherence to attaining the denuclearization purpose of the Korean peninsula, proceed with disabling facilities in Yongbyon and complete it by late October of this year, in line with the agreement that was reached during the six-party negotiations on July 12.
