Russia Again Patrols Fishing Waters
The Russian Federal Fisheries Agency will begin fish conservation patrols in the northwestern Atlantic, restoring Russia’s presence in that industrial area after almost 20 years.
According to a statement issued by the fishing agency (Rosrybolovstvo), the ship Teriberka from the agency’s Barents-White Sea department will begin patrols of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization convention area in mid-August.
