Roskosmos to Launch Spaceship with Tourists to ISS in 2011
Russia’s space agency Roskosmos will launch a spaceship with tourists to the International Space Station (ISS) in July 15, Roskosmos deputy chief Vitaly Davydov announced during Farnborough International Airshow 2008, RIA Novosti reported.
By 2011, Roskosmos plans to create a spaceship, which will be able to deliver space tourists to ISS. We really have the people willing to make this flight, Davydov said.

According to Davydov, this flight could be implemented only as commercial project and Roskosmos is looking for an investor now.
