According to bookmakers, the outsiders of decisive contest are the singers of Britain and Germany; their bets have the 251.0 rate.

During the Saturday final in Belgrade, TV viewers of 43 nations that sent their representatives to Eurovision will choose the winner of 25 by voting through SMS and phone calls. It is the first time that Serbia hosts Eurovision. Russia has never won this contest, which is one of the most popular musical shows on TV starting from 1956.
