Britain’s Fans Need Visas for UEFA Final in Moscow
Britain’s fans will have to get Russia’s visas to attend the UEFA Champions League final in Moscow. But the procedure will be less complicated, RIA Novosti reported with reference to the Information Department at the RF Foreign Ministry.
A day before, Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov announced that the fans would need no visas to attend the UEFA Champions League final in Moscow on May 21. The ticket to the match and the passport would suffice, the mayor said.

“The visas will be granted in Russia’s embassy in London against the valid passport, filled-in visa questionnaire and a copy of the ticket to the match,” people in the diplomatic department explained.

Some 21,000 fans may arrive for each team in the final, Moscow mayor said in the live air of TVC late Tuesday. It will be the Britain’s final – Manchester United will play either Chelsea or Liverpool.
