Kosovo Chief Proposes Cooperation to Russia
Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci said his self-proclaimed state is ready for active cooperation with Russia, Echo Moskvy Broadcasting Station reported.
But the condition for this cooperation is recognition of Kosovo independence by Russia, the prime minister said without specifying how the countries would actually cooperate.

For Kosovo, the key foreign partners will be the United States and the EU, Thaci pointed out. As to Serbia, Kosovo will oppose any actions of northern neighbor, including the economic blockade, the prime minister vowed.
