3rd Consignment of Russia’s Uranium Reached Iran
Russia has delivered the third consignment of nuclear fuel to Iran’s Bushehr nuclear power station, AFP reported with reference to Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization.
Some 11 tons of uranium fuel rods reached Iran Friday morning. Under the agreement with Russia, Iran will have five more shipments for use at its Bushehr nuclear power station.

The fuel will be supplied in line with the previously elaborated schedule, Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization announced. Russia has two months to ship eight consignments of 82 tons overall. So far, Iran has received three consignments, including the Friday delivery.
