RF Astonished by Noga Lawsuit
People in the RF president’s affairs department have manifested obvious astonishment concerning the recent reports of the media about freezing Russia’s accounts with VTB Bank Europe in Paris under the suit of Swiss Noga.
“No accounts of president’s affairs department exist or will exist,” department’s briefer Viktor Khrekov told ITAR-TASS. “More likely than not, the matter at stake are the accounts of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Roszagransobstvennost that controls Russia’s assets overseas.”

Subordinate to the president’s affairs department, Roszagransobstvennost, “has received no documents about the accounts’ freezing and is working in ordinary mode,” Khrekov said, pointing out that Noga has presented the claims to all Russia and, therefore, Roszagransobstvennost is absolutely clear from the legal point of view.
