Hilary Clinton Doubts Putin Has a Soul
American presidential candidate Hilary Clinton has criticized the foreign policy of current president George W. Bush. “Bush really premised so much of our foreign policy on his personal relationships with leaders, and I just don't think that's the way a great country engages in diplomacy," Democrat Clinton said. She recalled Bush's statement that he looked into Russian President Vladimir Putin's eyes and saw his soul. “I could have told him, he was a KGB agent. By definition he doesn't have a soul,” she continued.
Clinton was speaking in New Hampshire, which is now holding its primary elections. After the primaries are completed on all 50 states, it will be known which candidates from the two parties will face off against each other. Democrat Barak Obama and Republican Mike Huckabee won in the Iowa primaries on January 4, somewhat to the shock of their competitors. Clinton and Republican Mitt Romney, former governor of Massachusetts, were favored to win there. The democrats will announce their candidate in Denver in August, the Republicans in Minneapolis in September. Presidential elections will be held in the United States on November 4 of this year.
