Russians to Leave Finger Marks for Britain’s Visa
Starting from November 8, the Russians willing to get a British visa will have to personally show up at the Britain’s Embassy for having the finger prints scanned and photos taken by digital camera, Interfax reported.
The Russians won’t have to pay for dactylogram and the digital photo. Each applicant will be informed about the time and the date of his/her visit to Britain’s Embassy straight after submitting the documents. It will be the nearest work day in the better part of the cases.
Britain’s centers of visa provision won’t work on November 1, 2, 6 and 7, as the new equipment is yet to be installed and tested and the employees need time for being trained to use it. The individual applications could be lodged November 8 and the visa centers will open for all November 12.
