Putin Plan Is Political Technology, Putin Said
In a televised question-and-answer session with Russian citizens, President Vladimir Putin said he doesn’t think it possible to personify the Strategic Plan of the country’s development that he voiced during the address to the Federal Assembly. United Russia’s decision to call its election program “The Putin Plan” is the political technology, the president made clear.
The Strategic Plan, Putin explained to the nation during today’s hot line, was the result of the efforts of big numbers of experts, including the government’s and the parliament’s masterminds. Its aspects are programs of village development, re-arming armed forces of the country, economic advance, international activities.
The program of getting out of the demographic crisis could be viewed as an example of the Strategic Plan’s implementation. “This is a definite action with the determined financing,” the president pointed out.
If, in the environment of election race, anyone decided to bind this plan to his name, it should be referred to the political technology, the president emphasized.
