Stabilization Fund at 3.51 Trillion Rubles October 1
The aggregate amount of Russia’s Stabilization Fund reached 3,519.09 billion rubles (equivalent to $141.50 billion) as of October 1, 2007, Finance Ministry reported.
The balances of separate accounts of Stabilization Fund’s foreign currency-denominated money totaled $58.98 billion, ˆ45.46 billion and £6.83 billion as of October 1, 2007.

Under the RF Budget Code, the Stabilization Fund received in September 144.50 billion rubles as additional revenues of the budget generated in August. Of that amount, 48.20 billion rubles was converted to foreign currency. The balance of Stabilization Fund’s ruble accounts was 96.30 billion rubles as of October 1, 2007.
