Ilyushin Finance Co. Makes Deals at Large
During MAKS-2007, Ilyushin Finance Co., IFC, has made a number of contracts to deliver Russia’s aircraft for a total worth of $1 billion, the company’s GD Alexander Rubtsov told reporters Thursday. MAKS-2007 international aircraft show is currently held in Zhukovsky, outside Moscow.
“We are satisfied with results of the work. We have inked contracts with airlines for $1 billion and [contracts] with plants – for roughly the same amount,” Rubtsov said.
On Thursday, IFC and Ilyushin Aviation Complex jointly inked the report to hand over Il-96-400T to Atlant-Soyuz. Moreover, IFC made contract with Voronezh Joint-Stock Aircraft Construction Co. (VASO) to buy 34 An-148s for its clients; the delivery dates are 2008 to 2010.
On the same third day of MAKS-2007, the company entered into the contract with Perm Motors to supply 15 PS-90A1 engines for cargo Il-96-400Ts and 12 PS-90A2 engines for Tu-204s.
