Train Explosion Investigated on Terror Count
The prosecutors initiated a criminal case on count of terrorism in the wake of the crash of train No. 166, Moscow-St. Petersburg route, Interfax reported with reference to Sergey Bednichenko, chief of North-West Department of Prosecutor General Office.
The crash was caused by a self-made bomb, Bednichenko confirmed. The power of exploded device was roughly 2 kilograms of TNT, RIA Novosti announced with reference to a source with enforcement bodies of Novgorod region.

Some victims were taken to the neaby Malaya Vishery hospital, three people were admitted to hospital in Novgorod and 16 were delivered to St. Petersburg Road Hospital of October Railway.
