On Guard Against Biological Weapon
The research for creating biological weapon is underway in the world, Russia’s Health Minister Mikhail Zurabov said as quoted by Echo Moskvy. Even though the definite facts of targeting such weapon at Russia are yet unknown, the minister specified, it is quite possible in technical terms.
The RF Health and Social Development Ministry and Federal Customs Service will seal a special ruling related to the export of human biological samples, the minister pointed out. The document will set forth procedures to issue permits for delivering biological material of the patients outside Russia.
This action will help tackle the problem of exporting human biological samples overseas, Zurabov assured.
