Estonian Authorities Widened Non Grata List
Estonian authorities have added 2013 names to persona non grata list, Interfax reported with reference to SL Ohtuleht.
The Russians account for the better part of addition to non grata list of Estonia. They are followed by people of no citizenship, the Ukrainians and the residents of Armenia. The ban is permanent for 398 and temporary for the remainder.

The ban on entering the country is applied to the persons, whose visits are undesirable or dangerous for the state. One of the grounds could be staying in the country illegally, representatives of Estonian citizenship and migration department explained.

Estonia expelled 11, including three Russians, in April 2007.
