Khodorkovsky Sets Key Aims for Russia’s Development
Yukos former CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky has set key aims for the social and cultural development of Russia in the letter published by Novaya Gazeta.
Every child, no matter in what family he or she was born, should have “an equal chance,” the imprisoned oligarch said. It is necessary that every person would have the right to society’s protection should he/she be unable to earn money. Every person should have the right to a roof, food and medical help, Khodorkovsky specified.
On the other hand, everyone should respect success of other people and, generally, the otherness of other people, Khodorkovsky said.
