Russia Continues Construction of Nuclear Plant in Iran
Russia’s Atomstroiexport continues construction of nuclear power plant in Bushehr, Iran, RIA Novosti reported referring to the company’s statement.
Russia’s Atomstroiexport officially announced it goes on constructing the nuclear plant in Bushehr, Iran, in scope maximum possible without financing.
“In today’s environment, the absence of drastic actions may lead to aggravation of project’s condition. We cannot wait for decision of Iranian party any longer. Playing for time to recommence the funding will entail nonreversible aftereffects,” said Vladimir Pavlov, who heads Atomstroiexport department for constructing a nuclear plant in Iran.
