Chavez Calls Bush King of Liars
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez called his U.S. counterpart George W. Bush the king of liars and predicted no warm welcome for him in South America.
The people of South America “give a welcome to the little gentleman from the North, the king of invaders, the king of liars,” Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said in his weekly radio show, “Hello President,” and hoped there would be no violence.

Earlier, Chavez called the upcoming tour of Bush to Latin America a diplomatic offensive aimed at isolating his leftist government, The Washington Post reported. The purpose to attain is dividing the region and lowering the influence of Venezuela, Chavez explained.

Chavez said he respected the decision by other Latin American nations to "receive this little gentleman," but made clear that they would never receive him in Venezuela.

U.S. President George W. Bush will visit Brazil, Uruguay, Colombia, Guatemala and Mexico March 8 to March 14 in an effort to make up for the years of neglect and contain the influence of Chavez in the region.
